Ametech LLC has a current opening for a sales representative for its midwest region.
Candidates should posses a Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering or agricultural science or a related discipline and 0-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about interacting with clients, unearthing new leads, developing new business opportunities and growing the sales in the area of agrochemical inerts. Understanding of surfactants, polymers, agrochemical formulations, tank mix adjuvants and micronutrients would be a significant plus. Since technical selling will be a key part of the role, solid technical acumen related to agrochemicals or chemicals is preferred.
The position will be a home office based one but the candidate needs to be located in the midwest region of the US. Regular travel to meet with clients in the US and Canada is expected.
